To create a new Job Seeker account, complete the form with your email address, a password, your first name and last name. Creating a Job Seeker account will allow you to build a resume, instaApply to desirable jobs, search positions based on your search criteria (position and location), and manage your applications.

To create a new Employer account, complete the form with your email address, a password, and company name. Creating an Employer account will allow you to have full control over your posts, instant post approval, upload capabilities for images, and a complete company profile. You will be able to manage the posts and update job details, change expiration dates, and see profiles of who applied for the job you posted.

Once you create your new account, you'll receive an activation email containing a link in order to activate your account with FliteJobs.com. Follow the instructions in the email. Once activated, your account is ready to use and you'll be part of the best FREE online jobs search community.

Find your dream job, click on instaApply, tailor your cover letter to that position, and that's it, you've applied to a great job!

It costs real money and time to run FliteJobs. Our expenses include bandwidth, hosting, programming, contacting employer to verify jobs, and more. We're not trying to make money, our philosophy as always been to make FliteJobs a service, not a business... Free for everyone to use. The way we reward our patrons is to show their support with a star. If you see a job post, or a user who has a star next to their name, that means they care about FliteJobs, and have donated within the last 6 months.

We offer 3 levels of support recognition:

Jobs which are created via instaPost are reviewed by FliteJobs.com for content prior to becoming public. Additionally, FliteJobs.com reserves the right to contact the person posting the job via email or telephone to verify the job post. If instaApply is used, the ability to instaApply will only become active if the contact information is verified with FliteJobs.com.

FliteJobs.com has decided to use the universal and free .pdf format for resumes. Therefore, they are pre-formatted and at the present time, we do not support any Word or HTML formatting.
